Located in Santa Cruz, CA, the design of Pacific Front embodies the surrounding nature of the ocean, and the outdoor activities associated with coastal living. A contrast of light and dark finishes create dynamic spaces while vintage artwork whimsically nods to the boardwalk and “Surf City” theme. Beautiful light wood finishes and art deco motifs are splashed throughout the design. With a focus on connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, the 3rd and 6th-floor amenities have access to an expansive outdoor podium and rooftop deck. Through large sliding glass doors, these amenities can be open for community events or just feel the ocean breeze.
