The building shape driven by the narrow lot evokes the historic Flatiron Building which inspired its name. This region near the Gulf Coast is steeped in history, which the design team employed to bring life to the community spaces. Bringing the outdoors- inside, the exterior brick is repeated on the interior for warmth and texture. Besides the traditional Purple and Gold, the design team brought in rich green tones, matte black metals and crisp white marble. The project includes a pool, gym, yoga studio, and ample study areas and coworking spaces, all fostering community.
