Treehaus embraces a bold, eclectic aesthetic inspired by Clemson’s spirited culture, blending playful sophistication with a distinctive hospitality-driven experience. A vibrant palette of rich plums, saturated greens, and unexpected neon accents is balanced by crisp gallery walls and warm wood finishes, creating spaces that feel energetic, layered, and inviting. Our team collaborated with a local muralist and commissioned several art pieces to establish a continuous art gallery throughout the amenities. The artwork on this project made nods to the original site and to the surrounding nature of South Carolina, bringing a sense of place for residents. Distinctive architectural elements, including oversized curved openings and custom millwork, create visual interest throughout the design. The amenities transition from energetic game rooms and collaborative gathering spaces to intimate study lounges and private meeting rooms. Residents also have access to several wellness features, including a cold-plunge, red light therapy, and an infrared sauna. Each space offers its own unique experience while maintaining a cohesive design language that feels youthful, inviting, and distinctly Treehaus.
