Modern lines and Scandinavian architecture became the canvas for art deco shapes and saturated pops of color found in decorative screens, wallcoverings, and artwork throughout the space. The leasing lobby and the clubroom’s double-height volumes allow for sculptural lighting that creates an art installation on its own. The design team methodically looked at how the circulation from the lobby to the other amenities would flow. By doing this, the team was able to create spaces with versatile functions. The storefront leading into the pool lounge creates the perfect sight line from the entry out to the resort-style pool where residents can attend events held at the indoor/outdoor bar or relax in an in-pool lounger.
