Sara's staff is amazingly fluid in design "styles" which is good for me since, as an architect, I meld my overall design to the market I am working in. Our project is a historical landmark from the early 1900’s, but the first renovations were 20 years ago resulting in an early 1900’s building with late 1990’s design. The challenge was to recapture the historic charm while delivering a ‘hotel chic’ modern amenity package that speaks to our student demographic. Dement Designs took into account the building’s attributes and gathered the team’s objectives to develop their concept and interior design. The final product is spectacular and delivers a perfect balance of modern design with historic elegance producing immediate value amongst our residents- current and future.
