Versatility and visual accessibility were the main influences of the interior. Spaces were created that embodied the multi-functional aspects of a co-working space. The project incorporates both semi-private, quiet, and open study areas with all the necessary technology for plugging in and charging. The integration of the interiors with the architecture of the building can be seen through a combination of Mid-Century Modern and industrial forms, finishes, and textures. Natural light floods into the leasing storefront and through the glass corridor that became the perfect sightline into the club areas and out onto a resort-style pool. The sloped open ceilings in the study and game lounges aided in the creation of ceiling elements that absorbed sound as well as created inviting single-height features.
