Adjacent to downtown Dallas, the interior design integrates the refinement of Uptown with the historical sophistication of East Dallas. The double-height ceiling at the entry showcases a custom fluted glass chandelier and a European style coffee bistro with a backdrop of vintage wavy glass. The contrasting dark walls and light wood-look tile floors set a dynamic tone throughout the leasing and amenities. With the increase of residents working from home, it was important for the functions of the amenities to accommodate a live-work environment. We achieved this through small private conference rooms, built-in seating with USB ports, and a café with central access. Overlooking the Dallas Skyline, the Rooftop lounge displays a 30’ wide hand-painted mural of old and new Dallas. The rooftop amenity is versatile in that it can be a coworking space during the day and an event space at night. Our team worked with various local artists and fabricators for many of the murals, metalwork, and artwork on the project. These special features bring not only dimension and texture, but an inviting local feel for residents.
